Over 25 Years Experience as Chair of Guidance and Academic and College Admissions Advisement in Scarsdale, New York and Palm Beach County, Florida. She is a member of the National Association of College Admissions Counselors (NACAC), the National Career Academy Coalition, the American Counselors Association, a Professional Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and a member of the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA).

Ms. Aviezer is the nationally published author of Peterson’s’ “Game Plan for Getting Into College” and “Entrar en la Universidad” and has been quoted frequently in national publicatons, websites and newspapers.

Astrid has been helping  parents and students with the college preparation, selection and application process for over seven years.

Astrid’s knowledge of the college preparation, selection and application process linked with her genuine concern for others and her thoroughness, are key to helping your student to find the college where they will thrive.

She is pursuing her certificate as an Independent Educational Consultant at the University of California, Irvine, is an Associate Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association and member of the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA). Astrid has been working with Patricia Aviezer for more than eight years.

Tal Aviezer  has written for national, international, and New York City-based non-profits for 13 years, including the Times Square Alliance, Alzheimer's Association, New York Yankees Foundation, United Way, New York Institute of Technology, Glaucoma Foundation, American Legacy Foundation, American Family History Immigration Center at Ellis Island, University of the West Indies, International Tennis Hall of Fame, and many others.

 Speech writing credits include Tom Brokaw, Katie Couric, Sydney Poiter, Harry Belafonte, Dan Aykroyd, and many others.

He currently writes for the Wildlife Conservation Society from an office at the Bronx Zoo, and serves as the Artistic Director of Red Monkey Theater Group, resident theater company at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, NY. He has acted and directed extensively in NYC-based and regional theater, and performs regularly as a voice artist for video games and for local and national radio.
